It's 3% service fee with paypal not 4. Also, who would be dumb enough to send money to someone without a chacne of getting their money back if you decide to not ship the product.

2nd, did you get that board off o2gearshop? Trying to turn a profit for the $300 you paid since they ran out of 2010 models and shipped you the 2011 model for still the same price.

Yea, that's a great idea...if you want your account to be locked!

I just assumed it was 4% since a lot of the forums I trade stuff on people say paypal + 4% but I just looked it up and it is 2.9% + 30 cents. However, there is a 1% cross-border fee for buyers outside of the U.S. so 4% is semi-correct. I will edit my post.

Yes, I expect people to send me the money first before I ship out the product, isn't that what you do when you buy stuff online? Who ships the stuff first then ask for money? That's why I provided my ebay id with a high number of of 100% positive feedback. If you want me to prove that it is my ID you could create an ebay account and I will message you from it. Ultimately, if I don't ship the item you could do a chargeback with your bank/CC company and get your money back that way.

I don't know about the o2gearshop deal, I bought it local from a guy but it is a little big for me. Just trying to sell it to make back some money to pick up something else. That could explain why there is no interest in this board though since I expected a quick sale.

Lots of sellers offer this so buyers could pay a little less and I haven't heard of any accounts being locked but I guess that is always a possibility if it gets reported. I know that a lot of people on gun forums that trade parts etc. related to firearms use the gift option because paypal doesn't like guns. If you don't want to, don't use it and pay 3% more, it is up to you I was just offering you a way to pay less.

I'd rather do a local sale in Seattle or take a money order anyway because paypal has screwed me over several times before and I would avoid using it if I could.

I have no idea why people goes into our people's FS threads and sh!t on it.
Even if he is turning a profit, so what? If you don't want to buy it, stay out of it. Last time I checked, this country is founded on capitalism.

However I will give a benefit of the doubt to this thread since seiko has almost no posts. I hope that is the reason for negative comments here instead of just the straight up hating.

Thanks legend.

I don't have many posts that's why I put my ebay id as a reference. A lot of sellers on here don't either though so but whatever. If you have a new never summer evo 148 I'd take it for a straight trade.
