They're a mens medium. I'm a size 32 and I have them cranked as tight as they go to make them stay on my waist. Id say they're meant more for size 34 - 38 or so..they're pretty adjustable. Inseam is probably close to a 33 or so. Price is negotiable, but if I have to have one, $50 OBO.

Pretty great condition, tag is even included...
