I tried to return it to walmart but failed...their new system records the serial apparently, and this did not show up as purchased from there (Year or two ago, walmarts system did not work this way)

this was a gift, and I was guessing where it came from..

on a side note idiot..stores such as walmart do not check for red ring of death...

the lady took it, tugged on the sealed unopened xbox scanned it, and found that it was not showing in the computer

anyway, this is as stated brand new & unopened as stated..

i can give you a link on ebay for this item, its being sold via buy it now for 389.50(a much higher price becuz of fees)
