you just have to set the bindings on the smallest

just got my targas! cant wait to try them out tomorrow.. geez there is so many things you can adjust..
1 quick question.. the insert which adjusts flex in your ankle strap. there is a stif and flexible one. has anyone tried both? and which is better in your opinion
