It's about fucking time. I'd like to think that forums like ours played no small part in them going under. They had their chance to clean up their act and never did.

I hope they jerk wads who ran this business lose their shirts and have a hard time getting employed at the McDonald's drive through. Low life's like these deserve every hardship they get.

I'm VERY happy to hear about it. After my terrible experience, I followed through and filed a complaint with their local NC Attorney General. I hope that those of you that had similar experiences as I, also did your part and filed reports too.

The Boardparadise website is gone, and the domain is for sale. The Tightboards website is still there though.

Quick Google search revealed plenty of other blog posts like this one: What Happened To BoardParadise.com? | Shred Addiction | A Snowboarding Blog

Also this thread over on the SierraSnowboard forum: snowboard community forums - Boardparadise/Tightboards bye, bye douchnozzles...

I'm fairly certain they are operating under a new name. Some new sites being advertised in transworld or another mag with eerily similar layouts to the bp ads.

Well if it turns out to be the same jerks, and they continue with the same BS. We'll put the hurt on them too.

i'm sorry you all have had trouble with BP. As with expressing your anger on here, you can also do this. Spreading the word that they are up and at it again via bprideshop.com. Tell everyone and every forum. Somehow or another are managing to reopen up shop both in the online world and in our local world here in NC. We don't want them however not everyone knows what kind of business ethics they carry and may continue to shop there. We have our local shop now and don't want BP around. Again. bprideshop.com bprideshop.com bprideshop.com. don't let this thread die spread the word. boycott them their not entirely dead.

Default Tightboards No Longer Associated with Boardparadise!!!

Just wanted everyone who is totally pissed at the owners of Boardparadise... so are the owners of Tightboards. In fact the owners of tightboards are amongst its creditors that forced BP into bankruptcy. BPrideshop.com IS the same owner and we need to get the word out for sure!

not only is the D-bag that owned BP running bprideshop.com, he is also operating a site called axisrideshop.com, and he has the same e-mail list as the one from BP. many of you will get emails from "axisrideshop" - don't be fooled, its the same a$$hole as before pulling the same bait and switch scam. spread the word

bprideshop.com

axisrideshop.com

BOTH OWNED BY THE BANKRUPT OWNER OF BP....funny how he has money to start 2 new sites and buy a porsche just weeks after involuntary bankruptcy

If you have had problems with these guys, make sure to report it to your credit card as "Fraud". There is no time limits on fraudulent claims. Standard claims you only have 30 days with most CC companies.
