If you don't have the item, that's fine. Sometimes mistakes happen, inventory is incorrect, midgets rip it off, whateva. Just refund the fuggin' money no questions asked, add an apology for the mistake and you are on to something. I view this policy as fraud and stealing and I will continue to warn others as long as they continue this practice. Bilking people out of their hard earned money is bullshit, and if it doesn't change I may take this to TGR and let the repercussions really hit them. How do you think the largest snow sports website out there is going to treat this? They have bankrupted more than one company.

Default Tightboards Exploting Their Own Customer Base

Please do I just never go on TGR because it seems to be mainly skiers. This company and their CEO are truly disingenuous to the point of fraud. He wrote me a letter apologizing months ago and said that they were going to change their policies which are borderline criminal. But they have not! And now he has some girl posting apologies all over the internet, after he did it personally months ago. This guy never had any intention of coming clean. I am sorry I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried to help him . To me he and his online operation meet the criteria of a thief. I would love to list Burton Vapors online for $400 and charge people's credit cards and then tell them I don't have anymore but they can't have their money back. I filed with the Attorney General in North Carolina and got my money back but I'm sure not everyone has the time to do that.

I will write something up. Tons of skiers on that site, but there is equally ton's of riders, skaters, plenty of customers. Plus that site is huge. Word of mouth from it alone will be 100x of what this site or sb.com generates. Maggots do not appreciate getting ripped off or their friends getting ripped off and respond in kind. Basically tightboards has 24hrs to get their site updated saying that if they don't have the product, they can backorder, swap for another item, or a FULL REFUND. I know plenty of damage has been done by sb.com and this site. Imagine what will happen when a site that has 1000x the membership gets on this.

This bit is still on your site.

2. Cancel the backorder and choose a similar item as a substitute (any cost differences will be refunded or charged accordingly)
3. Cancel the backorder and Request a Store Credit.
* Order Placed when Merchandise was classified as IN STOCK:
o Merchandise ordered from Boardparadise that is not in stock or is on backorder and the item was IN STOCK and available for purchase on the web site, will be dealt with as follows once Customer Service informs the customer of the estimated ship date from the Vendor.

I've seen a lot of SAC heads on there. They must work there. I wonder what they would have to say?

Yes some do. Phunk actually works for backcountry.com as their website manager or something like that. A few other names on that site also work for bc.com. They continue to stoke members on that site. TGR was basically ground zero for steepandcheap.
