hey guys want to let you know i stumbled across this website the other day that offers winter/outdoor gear @ a big discounted rate. Right now they have a subscription to the snowboardmag for like 10 bucks for the year, thought it was cool. If you guys like the stuff i can send you an invite to the site.....best of luck

Hey Steve I think it was a misunderstanding.

A lot of people come to the forum for the first time ever, and dump out a post with their invite link, the sole purpose of which is rack up as many referral credits with TheClymb (or whatever). Or a link to some survey in the name of a "high school class project" who are really just spamming to get free market research data, etc. Usually these people are first time posters on the forum, and never post again. It's pretty obvious that you are not one of these people. So although your post seems well-intentioned, people still might get that impression about it.

Yea plus The Clymb sucks!!!! It's for old farts who want khaki pants and to hike a calm trail. Seriously!!!

You should check out something worthwhile like Whiskey Militia, THRYLL or the-house.com

Hey now... I have like $100 credit at theclymb.com just waiting for them to have another deal on boards like they did with Jones last year

They have some pretty big people behind them also...Jay Allard who was a senior executive at Microsoft is one their largest investors as he's also an outdoors/mountaineering buff. They're not as consistent as SAC or WM but they do have some good deals on their from time to time.
