FS: 2010 Capita Sierrascope 156

Up for sale is my 2010 Sierrascope from Capita. If you're not familiar with this board, check out Capita Sierrascope FK Snowboard Reviews & Sale | trusnow.com

I've only put about 10 days on it, I didn't get out much last year. I've never taken the board into the park or onto rails, I had a season ender the prior season and was really gun shy. I've finally come to terms with it, I'm not a park guy

I think I paid $350 for it, I'm asking $225 + shipping.

Lowered to $200 + shipping

Only damage worth mentioning, everything else is minor wear and tear. It's a small chip off the topsheet and some scratches. I think someone ran into me.

I just saw another guy sold his for around $200. So since the market sets the price, new lower price of $200 + shipping. I'm near Philadelphia PA so shipping cost will be from there.

That price is more than fair. It is an underrated board for what it is: Hybrid between Indoor Survival and Horrorscope. In many ways, it rides a lot like an Ultrafear.

Have you rode your horrorscope yet? If so how do you like it? I have the indoor and I'm looking for something softer.

I love it! It is definitely soft, but not a noodle. I love it. I was able to ride around blues and an icy black no problem with a good amount of speed. Park wasn't open but I am pretty sure that is where it will excel. I can't wait for the park to open. I took it off a little 2 foot high kicker someone made on the blue run that was open and it was solid with the landing, felt nice and locked it. Only got like 5 feet of distance, but whatever, it was just the opening weekend.

Quick bump. My new board showed up today so this thing is ready to go. I can wax it up (Hertel all temp) if you're interested. Edges are still good to go (it's also slightly detuned)

Board is officially back up for sale (though I never took this down). I got a few PMs about it but I wanted to put a few days on my new board before I sold it. I've done that last week so I'm good to go.

Also, $200 is firm. It's a good price for this board and I'm in no rush to get rid of it.
