Stolen boards at Whistler, 12/11 - Snowboarding Forum

While down at the Whistler Clinic getting a tailbone injury diagnosed today, some scumbag stole 2 boards from the front of the clinic. THE FUCKING CLINIC. Minimal foot traffic, secluded little nook outside and they get jacked while I'm getting xrays. Can't believe that this happened.

My deck:
White top sheet 2011 Burton Custom X 162W / 2011 cartel bindings modded with custom silver ratchets from a pair of c60s. Unique to someone who knows the normal ratchets are black, nobody else would have this.

Nev Lapwood's Deck:
2011 Burton Mr. Feel Good board with prominent snowboard addiction sticker on the tip and black bindings.

If any comes across these boards in a pawn, craigslist, or ebay, please get in touch with me or Nev.

What a great way to end my trip...Bad injury and 2 stolen boards.

Man that sucks. Thats why I ALWAYS lock up my boards no matter if I bring my beater board or my Never Summer and regardless of how long I'm going in for.

You usually hear about this happening on the east coast. Sucks it had to happen to you at Whistler.

This is only going to get worse desperate people do desperate shit, f'ing loosers go steal from someone other than skiers and snowboarders or better yet go make your own money somehow.

My was stolen and I found it on craigs last year, i went to pick it up grabbed it from , i told him i would take it for free since he stole it from me and i punched him square in the mouth. He just looked at me. it felt so good

Can't believe it man! I hate to see stuff like this happen. I just don't understand why we can't all have any camaraderie on the mountain. Seems like people barely even have a little trust in one another as snowboarders. Unbelievable! Anyways hope you get your stuff back man. I'll keep my eye out on the internet for ya!
