I sent them an email, we'll see what happens. I'm not too hopeful as previous experience with this sort of thing tells me that they won't send a damaged or defective product to the public no matter what, and that's still assuming that Arbor actually manufactures their own boards (I have no idea if they do or not, but that's a bit of a rarity these days from what I understand).

I've sent a few emails to craigslist ads, but I'm East coast where I've yet to see an Arbor on craigslist anywhere in New England, so I have to hope that one of the West coast guys I email doesn't assume I'm a pirate and is willing to ship.

another idea is to check the REI 'member garage sales' that happen i think in the spring... its all the gear that REI members return and they sell arbor there

Yep. I saw an Element at a REI garage sale a couple years ago that was utterly fucking destroyed. It looked like it had been ridden through a gravel quarry. I couldn't believe they were actually trying to sell it.

even worse than them trying to sell it, think about the dirtbag that brought it back to return it after riding it into the ground.... he probably got a full refund...

The REI right near Sunnyvale CA,I heard had a limit of the numbers of times people would return snowboards...dirtbags would use it as a demo. i have seen quite a few Jeremy Jones flagships there for sale.
