STOLEN BOARD ALERT Rossignol The Mini - Jiminy Peak

STOLEN ! my 121 Rossignol THE MINI board from Employee Locker at Jiminy Peak
I let a fellow instructor borrow my Rossignol 121 "THE MINI" a few weeks ago. I work weekends, and he was away on vacation. He shared a locker with another instructor, and she apparently had her "locked" locker broken into. My 2005 pre-production Rossignol Solid matte Black topsheet on White base with Rossignol HC1000 bindings was taken.
Please keep an eye out if anyone is seen riding a Mini around the area. Chances are.... it may not be theirs.
I have an Airwalk sticker and a ROSSIGNOL "Pure Mountain Company" sticker on the tail, which in all likelyhood will probably be removed by the thief to "avert detection" should they be dumb enough to ride it anywhere in the northeast as there is less than 50 of these in existance on the east coast.
I really don’t care who has it, I would like to see it "Show up" back in the locker room, or somewhere safe. I just want it back.

Whats sad is I let "Friends" borrow my toys, and they say thankyou by stealing them.

Please keep a look out for me on the net and in local want-ads of this board should pop up. A person would have to be a moron to show up with such a recogniseable piece to a hill.

Hopefully they are "morons", which most thieves are. The two douchbags in Breck stealing skis and boards out of a condo complex. Gee, I guess then didn't think the passer by's wouldn't notice, get pissed, and alert the complex. Everyone surrounded them and waited for the police to show up. Now they are charged with felonies.
My favorite is when the local ski areas set up stings. Take a nice board or ski's, dress up all gaper, leave them on a ski rack and walk away. Meanwhile security, the cops are waiting and filming anyone who comes up and takes the gear. I've seen some hilarious shit from that.

I'm going to hang flyers inteh locker room and a few key places on the hill.

I don't want to press charges, I just want the damn thing back.... LOL.

But yeah, If I had left a board somewhere out in the open unlocked, and it got stolen, I'd blame myown stupidity. When someone is BREAKING INTO a car/ locker/ ski equipment room..... I say line um up and shoot them.

i was at the creek last season and my bf and I sat at the bottom of the hill and watched kids pull up with a truck, grab a few boards and take off... no one said a thing.

thats whack, i had my $1500 bmx bike stolen from me. right under my nose, and while they were removing the bike off the rack decided to slice my plastic windows... 2 years old.. hopefully your stuff gets recovered.. and you get to break some shins =P

That totally sucks. I actually found this post for searching "rossignol the mini craiglist" in google. That is cool you work at Jiminy. I just moved to Latham( from WA state) not long ago, rode Windham last week for the first time. Can you get hook ups for cheaper lift tickets? And how did the mini ride? I will keep a look out in the local ads if I see anything, I will let you know!!! Peace
