Do you mean like vinyls, or you trying get your board custom painted?

There are a fair few companies that will put a custom top sheet on one of their standard boards for a good price. If you are talking about something out of the ordinary in regards to the actual specs of the board then nobody wants to touch it. Been there and tried that.
PS the smaller garage dudes are your best bet.
