Apparently they did make a Never Summer System - 08/09 Never Summer System - Freestyle snowboard for those on a budget | Never Summer Industries, but it may not have been sold in the US...
Can we see some more pics of the different boards? I'm just curious about them... |

Still, for $80 it would be a great beginner board if in decent shape.

The review I had read on the ns system was a beginner to intermediate board. I have a 13yr old and 16 yr old that have both rode them at least once this year to try them out and they were impressed with the ride. There normal boards they ride are K2 boards. I agree for a beginner its a great deal. I just have picked up more boards than I know what to do with. Between my wife and 9 kids, these were going to be back up boards but with no snow to ride this year and who knows next year I figure Im better just selling off some to make room. I also have in my collection a Nitro Revolt Shield 163 with Black graphics, Technine which Im unsure of the model, 2011 K2 Slayblade (awesome ride) My favorite 2011 Burton Supermodel-x and I just picked up the Lib ltd Art of Flight. Im hoping to ride it once before the snow is gone. I appreciate everyones responses. I hope to learn some tips and tricks as I read more threads.

My buddy is looking to buy his first board & asked me to inquire about the boards & pics so he could see them. He's on the fence if he should.go used or new. I told him to join the site, maybe he'll listen... How are the bases & edges on the boards? Any core shots or damage?
