Hey guys, I know I'm a new member here but really I'm a skier (don't hate!) and I won this snowboard in a contest so I'm looking to get rid of it for some cash.

I'm looking for $350 or best offer. I accept paypal. Buyer pays for shipping

Not hating (at least not yet) - but you will be lucky to get $250 for that, especially since it is the version with the Monster advertising on it.

thanks for the feedback, that's why I'm willing to take the best offer I can get. It is my understanding that only 100 of those boards were made thus making it a limited edition and I was seeing the regular ones were going for 400-500 dollars else where on the internet. Thought I would make some guy happy to have a board with Monster energy on it.

just to clarify, this board is BRAND NEW. never used it at all

Did not mean to rain on your parade - just to give you a bit of a reality check. Some of the regular DKs are listed for $300-400 on ebay etc., but very few sales are done at that level - most trades are are in the mid $200 range.

Not sure how many of the Monster version were produced, but suspect that it was more than 100 as they seem to be for sale everywhere (there is one guy on ebay selling 3 of them!). Regardless of how many are out there, the Monster ones tend to sell for quite a bit less than the regular boards - most ebay transactions are around $200 or so (some as low as $170).
Not sure why the Monster edition goes for less. Possibly because lots of them were given away in raffles/prize draws and many winners are dumping them for cash. Or maybe people just do not dig the black top sheet and more muted graphics? I actually think the board looks better that way, but each to their own...

Anyway, good luck with it.

EDIT: All of the prices in this post are for brand new boards (just to avoid confusion).

Thanks for the feedback again, like I said that's the reason why I put up the OBO. I'm using my ask high, sell low technique that I've used for years.
