Paypal dispute has a 45 day limit from date of transaction. If you can ship out the item at the time per pm, then it would have been almost two weeks since payment and was sent and will hit the Christmas custom jam log.

I have no guarantee I can even receive the item by the time limit hits. Especially if something goes wrong. At that point I have no recourse. I been down this road before, and I am not going to do it again. Especially considering I do not owe you anything.

Since you feel the need to keep coming back to the thread with this rather than just keeping it via PMs then I will say this here to be clear. I won't be shipping anything on Friday. Since you chose to take the PayPal dispute route we will just let that run its course. PayPal disputes are shaky at best and many times have been decided for the buyer even after the seller ships and has proof of shipment. Same goes for the other way around. It is basically a crapshoot that you have put in PayPal's hands. I attempted to handle this with you privately but I guess that was not acceptable to you.

No problem. I will escalate this to a claim with PP and disclose all the details so everyone can decide on what has happened here. And if you sell the cartels before I receive a refund, then I have no problem calling you a thief.

I booked the trip for my wife and I in Novemeber 2011 all non-refundable of course so that I could get the best prices. First week of December I found out the company I was working for was merging with another company and as of Jan 1 I would be unemployed. So yes, I went on a trip in March while I was unemployed. As for how I paid for the ebay transactions, I mentioned to you I have another paypal account in my wife's name that I setup to temporarily circumvent the negative balance in my paypal account. This was done expressly so that I could sell this gear and get all of the money now as things are pretty rocky right now. I paid for the ebay items, a small birthday gift for my brother-in-law, out of my wife's paypal account. I accidentally gave you my paypal account rfrichardson@yahoo.com instead of rfrichardson@gmail.com which is the account in my wife's name. I had a negative balance of ~$210 in my account so after your transaction there is a negative balance left of $33. If anyone were to purchase anything else from me even if I gave them my account info it would cover the negative balance and I could ship everything. Really the only person/entity I was trying to "scam" here is paypal. I think this pretty much explains everything. If you have any other questions I am more than willing to provide answers. If it helps I will provide screen prints of my paypal account, bank account or whatever else will make you feel comfortable I am telling you the truth. I made a very simple yet costly mistake in giving you the wrong email address for paypal. All I can do for that is apologize.

If you look at those threads they are from LAST YEAR. I am not making any trips anywhere this year. As far as ebay, yeah I made a couple purchases for like $12.

FYI a quick search on Google shows you having made purchases on Ebay a month ago and you were talking here about making a trip to CO in March/April. You also mentioned a baby in the for sale thread. I just checked it out. I had figured $10-12 to ship in US and the USPS website says about $33 to ship to you. So throw down an extra $20 and I'll send them up there.

Yup that's pretty much all of it. Nothing changed or embellished.

As far as my selling the bindings at this point and you calling me names, you have pretty much already done that by filing the dispute and bringing all of this up here. You will receive your money back through PayPal I'm sure so where the bindings go at this point is no longer any of your concern.

I paid $145 on Tues evening for the 2012 Burton Cartels, including shipping. Wed AM I received a tracking number for the shipment. Saturday they arrived and I was surprised to see that the bindings condition and packaging was what you would get if you purchased new from a shop.
