I've also heard very good things about the Signal Park flat but I haven't personally ridden that one. I believe it runs softer than the Niche that I mentioned above.

I like the k2 parkstar and signal park for a flat type board.

Rome Garage Rocker and Artec Nima are both flat camber boards as well.
