I've got a pair of K2 cirque clicker HB boots that I'm trying to find bindings for. I'm kind of new to the clicker system, and so far I've had a hard time finding any highbacks, all I can find are the plate bindings. Does it matter what size/style bindings are as long as they're step in HB? Anyone know where to look or have a pair? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Clickers have long been out of production and for a good reason, they are an inferior product when compared to today's binders.
You'll have to look on Ebay and craigslist. If the boots you have have the internal highback than just get the plates. Otherwise, I guess you'll have to look around until you find some with the highback. Also, you could just get a binder like Flow's if you are looking for the quick convenience of step in's. |

The last generation of clickers and switch binders had highbacks on the binding instead of in the boot. Part of it was people complaining about the boots not being as comfortable, and part of it was to try to make them more like a standard binder. What they really should have been focusing on was the performance and durability of the system, which they didn't. Hence the death of step in's. Too bad, because at times a step in binding would be a really good thing to have. Especially for bc travel. But hey, straps are tried and true and I am happy with mine.

I have the K2 high-back bindings you are looking for. I haven't ridden in a few years and am having a garage sale this weekend and was going to sell them... I used them with K2 Venus clicker boots. Never had a problem with them. Let me know if you are interested. Thanks!
