I remember air systems being developed for cycling helmets. They didn't do shit.

I hope these helmets use some sort of impact foam.

NYCboarder 10-31-2008 05:31 PM

its a helmet! who cares... as long as ur brain dont splatter its good lol

docmeter 10-31-2008 05:33 PM

Ours helmets are just helmets like others, with EPS hull, vents, ... but they also feature airbladders integrated to the lining of the helmet.
The chinguard is equipped with a high density foam and had been reinforced for an increased safety when downhilling.

WTF good is a chin guard the helmet needs to protect your dome. Sorry but this sounds like yet another one of the lame ass companies making a lame ass product. You need a foam in there not air. A bladder is just going to pop when you impact and when it does you'll get a double impact and your brain is going to get mashed twice as hard. I've been doing this a long time and the best helmets on the market are seriously Burton/Red, Protect, Smith, Poc, Boerri and thats about it.

From what docmeter is saying, these helmets have a regular impact foam liner and use the airbladder system for getting a perfect fit.

Also, read next time and you won't look like a jackass.

P.P.S. EPS is shit anyways.

Hi,

If you've got some brand names to give me, who used airbladders in their helmets it'll be great for me to get them.

Thanks for your help.
