Default Mount St.Louis Moonstone Friday?

The website is saying "tentative" opening for Friday. With sub zero temps for the week, streamers coming off the bay and having seen the guns blazing & the groomers on the hill on the webcam, I would get the decks waxed. Looks like we get to finally shred on Friday.

Planning to go Saturday with some friends.
Gotta bolt the bindings on to the boards!

Really... Horseshoe said they're opening 7th and Blue still hasn't said anything but "hopefully this weekend"...

With that being said, if blue dosn't open Friday, I'm taking a personal day and going boarding friday

It's worth the trip, it's like blue from the first plateau down, 550 ft vs 750. Nice lifts.

Do you know if they're going to offer cheaper lift tickets for the first few days? I know horseshoe does

If they only have limited runs open, the lift ticket is usually discounted.

Heading North to Sudbury on Thursday, MSLM was greener than a BC hippy. Heading back on Sunday night we were caught in some pretty thick snow squals, the worst of which were right around the hill. Not sure how much base they need to open, but they probably got 5-10cm or so in the squals themselves...
