I heard from a friend that Blue's last day is March 18th??
Can't find anything from their website, can anyone confirm this?

They aren't closing, just the last day you can use your seasons pass before they start nickel and diming you again.

Shredding the ice coast, one hill at a time....

we were up there last saturday (march 17th, ST. paddy's day). They started the day with 28 runs open (ya right), by about 3pm that had dwindled to 17 due to the melt and dirt coming up (some spots got rather nasty). As it was St Paddy's we were corked from the get go, you can't argue with near 20degree temps, riding in a t shirt and beer flowing all day. Snow was a mixture of oatmeal, a Mac's Froster and damp cement. Given the tropical March we've had i highly doubt they'll open tomorrow. There was something going on there today, but it would have been crap and they've been closed the past 2 days.

the season was what it was. we're in southern ontario, you take what you can get. There were a few "pow" days up there this season. Again, ontario "pow", but still better than nothing.

Now onto the bike and golf. See you next season Blue.

Haha yeah if you looked that was posted last week, I was there for St. Patty's day as well. Conditions were exactly as you described, I can't even imagine it being open this weekend. I've got my board all waxed and stored away now anyway.
