Well somehow I just noticed this game is coming out tomorrow.

Last year's was easily one of the worst snowboarding games in recent history. I am wondering if they are going to change it up. Boarding for coins the entire game was just retarded. I don't think I ever even finished the game. Plus having no other pro's or people you know in the game sucked as well- which might be an element present in this game as well since Shaun is marketing his name as a brand it would appear.

Long story short, someone buy this game and tell me if it is worth it.

LOL This is effectively the nail in the coffin for SW !! I've seen the video's, and its even more SSX arcade over the top. Not only that, they screwed the other platforms as well. I wrote a post on the SW forum and told Ubi your screwing your fan base over with this jump and this is NOT what the fans who have a 360 or PS3 want to see, cause they aren't buying a Wii to play this SW game, plus the game isn't even worth doing that. They may market it to little kids, but I can't see any real snowboarders wanting to even try it after how horrible the first game was. The only thing I LIKED was the online, and how the modes were set up. Everything else just plain garbage. After World Stage flops I wonder if they will learn then, they need to take a page out of Amped 2 or just forget it!!!!

I'm gonna have to say that a shitty video game is not the nail in the coffin for White. He's still probably the most recognizable boarder out there and keeps coming out with crazy new tricks. A video game is not gonna hurt him.

LOL NEVER said anything about Shaun White himself bro, but this franchise video game that's under his name isn't going anywhere like this if Ubi Soft does not take it in a realistic direction. Shaun White as a snowboarder I respect and I know he is good and talented. I'm disappointed as good as he is, and if he even picked up Amped 2, why he did not tell them to make my game like that one, when we all know Amped 2 does have the most realistic physics. Its puzzling and confusing, I often wonder if it was his game or Ubi's

Fair point. I just think though even with his name on it, they're gonna get some decent sales. And how muc say do you think he really has in the video game? He prolly just gets paid a ton to let them use his name.

Yeah I'd say that about sums it up..its just his name and no doubt they will sell it since his name is on it. Its like what I hear others say, he is no doubt a good rider but call a spade a spade, he is a SELL OUT....
