Default M Rated Games

I just find it highly annoying that I am a mature 14 year old who can handle M games at friends houses and my parents refuse to let me buy any. To the parents on the forum do you let your kids buy M rated games? To the younger than 18 do your parents let you get M games? For the ones with no kids when were u able to get your first m rated game?

Two possibilities.
1. You have good smart parents that know you well enough to know you can't handle the stuff. Good for them.
2. Your parents are fucking retards that don't know the difference between fact and fiction.

Either way, they are your parents and they are the ones that buy your food and snowboard gear. The fact that you are whining about not getting to play some games when there are hundreds a incredibly awesome games out that you could be playing makes me think you might not be mature enough for M games.

Actually, you can buy them when you're 17. You can't rent until you're 18.

And stop whining, my parents did a similar thing and I turned out fine.
