I did a search earlier for "minecraft" and nothing came up, so i figured that i'd make something for anyone who wants to post something cool they found, question about something, or something important that recently happened in their game (first axe, redstone circuit, mob trap, etc)

I'll start off the discussion by asking if you guys have any cool ideas for the person who's getting bored with the game?

A Minecraft thread on a snowboarding website

I am also getting slightly bored with the game

I have recently finished building doors that are made with sticky pistons and work on a completely flat wall, I build a church. A floating house in the sky, but I think I am going to be building a village soon. The new 1.8 update is starting to sound really exciting, especially the NPC villages. Do you play with friends or offline?

nah, i torrented- offline for me. I'm a horrible person, i know, but i'm not shelling out $20 for a game right now if i can get it for free.

try doing more things with redstone. circuits and whatnot. hell, see if you can't make a song out of those note blocks. there's also texture packs, mods, etc.
great game, and i'll definitely buy it legit when i get the money.

Yeah I love being able to fly with mods and using toomanyitems to spawn stuff

Xray is prettty cool too.

I really want to try and build something like a snowboarding resort, but it think ill have to wait until creative mode comes out because i dont have enough time to gather all the materials

You could always spawn the items, thats what I do

ive tried that, but i could never get it to work......but with the next update, the creative mode should come out, and be able to spawn anything
