i know this is a common thing, but i don't know how to go about it.. the straps in 2 pieces and i could probably do a make shift job (duck tape) to put them back. what do most people do?? i went into the board shop today and they didn't give me much help, any ideas would be appreciated.

i've got some old ride ls's that have a funked up toe rachet. the shop tried to recommend burton replancement rachets, but they were shit, and didn't look good at all. any help?

Is it the ladder strap that is broke? If so, its an easy thing to replace. On the other hand, if it is the ratchet side, your best bet is to contact Ride for a replacement part.

do you have an email or phone number that i could contact them at? i went to the support page on their website, and there's no info besides an address. i tried clicking on the "support faqs" link and nothing happens. i'm kinda SOL without any way to contact them. it is the ratchet too, so it's not like i can just grab a generic ladder at the shop. i really appreciate the quick reply snowolf.

@ dm, a second kirkwoods request as to what model you have. we might be able to shell out some advice if you let us in on what you're riding.

The flash player is not working properly; I would try using the dealer locator tool and finding a shop near you or any shop really and try getting a contact number for a rep. I had the guy in Seattle`s number, but I cannot find it at the moment.

yeah its the ratchet that's broken, it wouldn't be a problem had it been the ladder...

i just got a burton dominant for this season and i threw on an old pair (~3 years) of burton freestyles v11.0. Do they make generic ratchets that can be used on most bindings or should i contact burton directly?? Its probably time to get new bindings, but i wasnt planning on it just yet, as these were treating me well still. Should i bite the bullet and take this as a cue to get new ones, or ...
What makes this worse is im hittin the hill tomorrow so any quick temporary fix would be ideal.but it probably doesnt exist
