Question free ride powder board?

i am a wide board rider i have been looking for a powder board for a while. I currently have a burton bullet and a Arnie 5000. The arnie sinks the burton floats but i dont know if there is a board that will make weaving in the trees or will make the chutes and steeps more a better ride.

I really enjoy both burton and lib tech boards. Lip tech has some power specific boards that are absolutely fantastic. The Travis Rice Lib Tech are the best ive tried our yet. He has his signature board in a POW specific shape with magnetraction that is a great all mountain+pow board and he also has a 100% POW board called the Travis Rice Banna Hammock. I have only tried out the Travis Rice signature board but the Hammock is supposed to be the gnarliest pow handling maching yet. These boards also have "bannana technology" which is basically a rocker shape thats shaped like a bannana. With the banna shape, you can move your bindings back and get some crazy float on pow. My Skate Bannana (essentially a lower end Travis rice board) handles extremely well on pow.

All of my burton boards have been really nice on pow as well.

i have the nitro Shogun for pow wow days. it is super stiff and so super super fast. lovely and responsive and really nice for catching the occasional air.

they don't make em anymore tho, but there is sure to be a replacement. check their site.... their products are sweet!

I took my new Atomic Radon to Alaska with me and it handled pow like a dream and rode the steep chutes very well, even when I hit ice and slid, I was able to get it`s edge re engaged quickly. While not a true wide board, it is a mid wide so will handle a boot size up to 13 depending upon stance width and angle. Mine is a 169 which is 10 CM longer than my regular board.
