Cool Bindings...Boards.....Boots.....Need Advice!!!

Alright, so heres my story. I bought these boots last season, they were cheap and probably the last one on the shelves cause no one wanted them, I got a board (Sims Nexus, ending up loving it) Aand bindings on E Bay used for 100 bucks. I only got cheap stuff cause I was just starting to snowboard and wasnt 100% about loving it. Well, 2 seasons later and i live eat and breathe snowboarding which is no surprise . Anyway, I gradually started upgrading all my equipment. I invested in a pair of burton escapade bindings which I HIGHLY recommened, there is nothing bad I can say about that binding. Then this season I got a pair of k2 Divine boots, and here is where it starts. My feet were toasty warm in the cheap boots, and i got these $200 k2 Divine Boots and my feet were MISERABLE. Ice cold, hurt to make every toe turn, cramped up, the only thing that I was in love with was the Boa system. Best thing out on the market. Yes Im using the right socks, no Im not cutting off my circulation, and yes I used baby powder to keep my feet from sweating lol. Nothing works. I exchanged the boots for the Burton Emeralds, so hopefully that will help. Any feedback on the emeralds??

So now I need a new board too, I was reading alot about the Burton FeelGood. Looks like a sick board. I would rate myself as a frequent intermediate rider. Anybody have any feedback on that board?? I would love to hear everyones experience with their boots and boards because as snowboarders you know how rough it could be spending so much money on equipment. Im gonna demo the feelgood hopefully this weekend, but I would definitely love some other recommendations.

Waiting on a response!!!

my sister rides the feelgood es and she loves it. i've heard it's the girls version of the burton custom. it's ultra light weight and great for free riding. not so sure about the park since she's not big on the terrain park. hope this helps some-what.

well i'm a guy, but i have female friends. One rides the gnu be nice. probably cheaper than the feelgood, more stance option (I like burton but hate the three whole system). My friend loves it. she actually bought it to replace her feelgood, she can not stop raving about it. other good boards would be the omatic tara dakides, something by roxy(made by the same guys who make lib-tech), the k2 vavavoom got a goodwood award. Anything on the goodwood(transworldsnowboarding.com) or future snowboarding award would be a good choice.

If those new boots don't work out try a pair of ride anthems. I got these this past season and so far they have treated me awesome. I'm married with kids so I'm only able to get out 5 times a month. But after 12 days or so of riding my feet have been warm and they haven't given me any pain. I love them!

Boards.... I'm a big foot guy so I like the canyons and the barons. IMO those are the best boards ever made for big feet riders.

Good luck on the new boots and your quest for the perfect board.
