Heres a decent line.

Hydro-Turf - Performance Traction Products

I only use these and they have not fallen off. Keep in mind whatever the adhesive is be it applied or backing style you should always do it indoors and let it cure for at least 24 hours. Obviously clean the surface first.

whenever i put stomp pads on i clean with a lint free cloth (i use microfiber just because i have them)and rubbing alcohol.
then i heat the spot on the board with a hair dryer, i go until the base of my board is getting warm. i then stick on the pad/ studs and if i can i sort of role it on (as apposed to just slapping it down or pressing it on all at once) this is so there are no air pockets.
then i lay the board flat (if it isnt already). then i make use of those over priced text books and set them on it (i prefer to set a hard cover book on it, then a 5lb weight on top of the book)... let it sit for awhile, over night is more than enough.

my method may be a bit of over kill, but i have never had a problem with any of my stomps lifting/ peeling off.

i prefer a stomp pad with a high central scraper blade as i find it's great for traction when you pivot your foot forward and push back on it to turn or stop.

FWIW, it's a clear Burton stomp pad with little metal pegs and a scraper. I like the pad itself but apparently their adhesive sucks. I also noticed a huge difference without it. I was able to get by, but I'd prefer to get something back on there. I'd just rather re-apply what I have than go out and buy something new.

Any thoughts?

I used shoe glue to fix my boots last year -- the stitching on one of the strappy things on the inside broke. I was concerned that the glue, once dried would be brittle in the cold and break, but it lasted the whole season and is still going strong. You can get this stuff anywhere -- supermarkets, hardware stores, wherever -- just be prepared to have the thing glued to your topsheet for life.
