Default advice on binding & board sizing ?

I've just bought a new Burton Stria board for #2 daughter (167cm, 49kg, intermediate and improving boarder {advanced skier}), in a 146 size. When I got it home, I found in the fine print that the 146 size is made for Medium bindings. Burton's catalog seems to confirm it (didn't spot that on first read !) Doh. #2 daughter I think needs Large bindings (25.5 boots).
Will Large bindings fit this board, or will I need to buy a longer one ?

it ought to work but you NEED burton bindings compatable with the infinite binding system with that board. im not so sure tho go to a local shop or post a measurement of the width
-otherwise i dont see why it wouldnt work. in the description im looking at it says,
"Includes Infinite Channel Disk Compatible with All Burton Bindings"
heres the link. good luck

this is also in the description,
"Whether you’re a duck foot or Pigeon toed the new Infinite Channel System provides endless stance possibilities. You needn’t worry about buying special bindings either it comes with an Infinite Channel disc making it compatible with all Burton bindings."

well my bindings are large and measure about 9.1 inches from heel to toe. i wear a size 11(us) shoe so it would be a tight fit. i would try it with some of those compatable burton bindings and see. i dont see why it wouldnt work. and idk if the next size up will be too much wider.

but anyway i would recommend going to a shop or trying to find a friend with large burton bindings and trying it out. and this is a recommendation so you dont have to listen. i would also get a second opinion before doing anything because someone else may know their stuff more than me lol.
im glad to try and help tho.

ps: my board is a 153 and is 9.7 inches wide

thx for all the advice. I asked Burton via their 'contact' portel on the web, and they say Large won't fit. A local Burton shop says they will :-|. I'm taking it in to the shop to try it for myself.
