No idea on the Republics, but Forces I've heard great things about. Other bindings worth looking into: Rome 390s, Ride Betas, Burton Cartels.

Good luck on finding a good deal on gear thats not all sold out yet... I know trusnow last had Betas for 125.

Depends on what bindings you plan on getting =P

Look into the Rome 390's and the Ride Deltas. Great binders

You can either go medium or large depending on the make. Take your boots with you and make sure they fit inside the bindings properly.

Won't be able to test them since i'm ordering the boots online. I've tried Salomon dialogue boots here and they fit snug so that's what i'm getting.

I was thinking Union Data since the brown will match the brown dialogue's.

What about an L/XL in the unions? Or what about the 390's - M or L?

three best freestlye bindings i've ridden are cartels/triads, flux super titans, and though i havent ridden them i've heard awesome things about the new ride contras.

I ride some Technine Team bindings (from I think 3 years ago) and they're great, real sturdy and they got the toe straps.

The forum republics I've heard give about the same performance as the rome 390s. So either choice would be good.
