Default Board to big?

Whats up guys, new member here with a question. I ended up finding a good deal on a 158 Rome Graft and decided to buy it. However i didnt look that closely at the weight ranges on the Rome sight while i was doing research and think i may have bought one on the big side. I weigh about 165-175. I am intending to use the board mostly for park use but will be cruising all over the mountain with it. I was mainly wondering if it will be noticably harder to spin/butter on it than a 155, and if so will it really slow my progression down?

You probally will notice a differnece but board size depends on your boot size and height as well as weight.I could help you out more if you tell me how tall you are and your boot size?

For your stats the absolute lowest I would go is 156 and that is for a pure freestyle deck. since you're 6" tall I think a 158 is perfect for you, is not to long to affect your spinning and it gives you stability at faster speeds.

I think you made a good purchase .
