Lib's delamming was Ult's number one complaint about Lib. Seems to be an underlying problem. I've also demo'd the Skate Banana and was not very impressed. So many other boards without the banana tech perform better. The Trice and other Banana models were plenty good and fun though. Just the actual Skate Banana was a pos imo...

i've had my lib for about 5 years now and the thing has been rock solid. this is the first i've heard about delamming issues with libs.

I think it depends on the type of riding. Ult hit's a lot of rocks out there in Montana. He's not the first person I've had complain about Lib delamming. On the other hand, it's not like every board they send out delams. They just seem to have a higher rate. Again, I have no numbers so take what I say with a grain (or pound) of salt. I've demo'd plenty of Lib's and have enjoyed several models of theirs. Just not the Banana.

Delaming is normal with any Lib. Its the stupid ass tucked edges, it creates 4 weak spots right at the end of the edges, plus you have 0 protection on the nose and tail. Only good thing about them delaming is they're rediculously easy to fix.

Banana is an over hyped piece of crap personally.

This board just wasn't cared for. You could tell it had been ridden a lot with no wax, rust all over the edges. I spent a good 2 hours getting all the rust off and giving it some TLC. I didn't spend too much so I'm not too upset. I ripped him a new one in my feedback. I doubt anyone will ever buy a board from him again.
