Default buying new bindings

i am planning on getting some new bindings this year for anywhere up to about $200. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i should get? I was looking into flows, but i've heard some bad reviews for em, so i'm not too sure.

thanks

what kind of riding do you do? this makes a big difference on what bindings you should look at.

for park: look at rome 390. everyone loves them and they are pretty cheap
for freeriding: rome targa and ride spi are both good choices. these may run over 200 dollars tho

as for flows, i dont really know much about them or their different models but from what i hear people either love them or hate them, it is really about preference. if they seem like something you would like, i would say go for it as long as you get one of the newer/ higher end models. the older/cheaper ones seem to have a lot of problems

Look on ebay there are tones of brand new burton bindings for under $200. I recently got the Burton Mission bindings they were cheap and work well. I have seen the brand new cartels listed for 99c.

most people will suggest the 390's. They are the popular binding these days and rightfully so, but the burton missions are also very nice as are the burton customs. those should be a litle more in your price range. and if you don't trust that, google "snowboard bindings" and click on the shopping results. this will give you a good idea of what's out there that is in your price range. Happy hunting!

union forces are great bindings for freeriding. you can get last years for $100 or you can get next years for $200.

So I've decided to go with the Rome 390s. I've checked all over the internet and have yet to find a site that has my size (x/xl). I have only seen a few sites, and there, the bindings are $60 more than anywhere else... If anyone knows where to find some for $115-$150, please post it up. Thanks
