Going by their guides you should be on the 162, the 160's top weight is 215.

Assuming your talking about the 07/08?

ok i was just unsure on if i should go with the smaller board but idk if it could handle the extra weight or not

It'll flex more if you go with the smaller size. I find with romes if you're over the weight range they flex way more than it should and it sucks.
