Nothing shady about it. MTNOPS is the brainchild of the founder of SNOWBOARD MAGAZINE, Mark Sullivan and NOAA system admin, JP Stoermer. It is a new brand and perhaps the most technically advanced snowboarding site. It has taken almost a year to develop and has thousands of hours or programming and data in it. Also, no banner ads.
