Default New board help

hey, I'm looking to get my second board as I've grown out of my old one. I'm 5'8" and a bit and 17 years old so I still might grow a little, so i need a size with a little bit of allowance. Ive got size 10 feet (9 UK) but im not sure what size boots i take. I weigh a bit under 130 pounds. I'm using burton mission bindings and I've done about 6 weeks boarding. I ride a bit of everything and am starting to get into park riding, starting to get boardslides and medium sized jumps but still learning the bigger stuff. I dont want a specifically park board as i definately do some groomed riding and a fair bit of powder.
My budget is about $500 (£250) and I'm currently leaning towards a Rome board as I've heard nothing but good things?
Thanks for any help.
