okay. i found a pair of burton mission binding in size L. that's the biggest they come in and the sizing chart says they're for 10+. this is worrysome because i have never worn a size L in anything. lol i can't help to think that they would be too small. haha

i also think i may go with the nitro magnum board. it's affordable and is 169cm. i think it'll work out pretty well.

Hum... they do have a toe strap and that could be a problen. Do you have a local shop or even something like a Sports Authority or Joes that you can go try on some boots and bindings? That is the only way you can make sure everything will work right for you and your feet.

no snowboard or sports shops anywhere. it blows. i'd love to go put some of this shit on and not rely on product descriptions from websites.

i was looking at flow M11's (i know they're flow but they don't have a toe strap and since i wont be boarding a huge amount, i'm less worried about them wearing out my boats than my feet fitting in them)

evo outlet | Nitro Magnum Snowboard 2008 : Snowboards

this is the board i'm looking at.

Yeah its a wide. [Just wanted to make sure] I love my flows and recommend them to anyone, but like I said they can suck. If you do get them I suggest that you take lots of time making sure they fit right. You know adjust everything you can till it works. They are gonna be a bit more lose then the fit of a cinch, make sure the back of your flow can go up and down with out catching the boot at all. I really dont think youll have a prob fitting in them, its just more about how much toe you have hanging out and if your kosher with that.... And Im gonna let ya know now, if your in pow ALWAYS clean the bottom of your binding before straping back in. They really SUCK in pow.

I hope your set up works out for ya, and you have a fab time shredding up the hill!!!
