So used to skate and started skiing til bout 2 years ago when i tried boarding and lets just say it all came back to me and now I am adicted - if you know what I mean... Got a used Burton Custom that I am gonna retire this year and trying to choose between an 08 Custom or Jeremy from Burton... any thoughts or advice for the still relative newbie who knows he cant settle for a piece of crap on a stick --- or should I say AS a stick! Pretty much all mountain but may venture into the park now and again if I start to get an itch. Appreciate any help from the gurus out there. Lata

i would definetly say custom. the jeremy jones board has EST, meaning new bindings and its a pure park board unlike the custom.
never rode a custom or a jones, but i hear the custom is like the do anything board.

Go for the custom, its the go anywhere do anything board, and if you can slap some cartel bindings on there u have one of the nicest setups possible. Custom can last you from intermediate skill through being an expert(though you would presumeably want a better board). the J Jones deck is ill, but you can only really use it in the parks, so if ur like me and prefer freeride and natural jibs go for the custom
