Unhappy msnow?

I got to ride msnow this summer and I didn't like it at all. It was what they used at a camp out here. They had a rail line with it and a huge jump into water. Good thing I tried the rail line out first cause the stuff was terrible. If you used an edge at all as a snowboarder it would pull you off line or cause you to crash. The skiers didn't seem to have a problem for some reason. I found out that not alot of snowboarders go off the water ramp because of it and it stinks cause I drove all the way there (3 hour drive) to only do the rail line. The main reason was also if you fell on the stuff (it was brittle hard plastic) you would litterally be cut multiple times. I would literally rather hit a 30 ft jump of reg. snow with no pool than risk being at such a high speed and risk catching an edge and falling on that stuff. Has anybody else had experiences with it? I wonder why skiers had little trouble with it.

I've not had the chance to ride it but I know it's used by a local company that does a lot of business here in Michigan.

He has a vid demonstration showing you can edge on it but as you said, the video showed skiers edging, not riders.
