Review: LibTech Attack Banana 2014
As i promised here is my review for this board.
I was riding for 9 days in Serre Chevalier in France, the weather was amazing and i had ridden everything: Ice, Groomers, Off-Piste with fresh snow, bumps, snowpark... So i have an overall of everything.
My setup: LibTech Attack Banana 2014, K2 Cinch CTS 2013, K2 Drako 2013.
First of all i must say the board is AMAZING!
It catches speed instantly, i reached the 40mph mark without any problems,
the board was quite stable even at high speeds and if i needed an emergency brake the board delivered.
The board is really playful, easy to rotate (nailed the 180-360 on the easy jumps without much trouble rotating the board), riding ollies is also quite easy with this board, and so is buttering.
Regarding riding on ice, the magne-traction is great, you can easily carve the ice without the fear of losing control of the board.
Last but not least, the off-piste, probably the weakest part of this board yet good enough for the average+ rider, in some parts of the deep snow the board felt a bit shaky, yet i have managed to keep it stable (most of the time :D).
If you mostly plan on bombing down on off-pistes at high speed then this board is probably not for you, in any other case this board is just amazing, great all mountain board, i highly recommend it!
