Amazing customer service. Not only are they listening to their customers and releasing a completely redesigned binding this year (after 6 years of minor updates), but they have supported me for the second time out of warranty.
A couple years ago I broke a ladder and they sent me new parts (4 new ladders for both front sides) and hardware (improved engineering - metal mounts and screws instead of the old plastic mount and covers) at no cost.
This time I broke a highback at Killington (my fault...or the chair's) and they're shipping out a new piece (5 years out of warranty) Today, at no charge, no questions, no fuss. Exemplary service.
That's a major bump but I've had good experiences as well. I lost one of the screws for the plate that covers the mounting disc on my NXT-ATSE's so I e-mailed them. They never responded to the e-mail (strange) but they shipped me two new screws which was sweet.
