Flow Customer Service
I have heard instances where people call the company and they'll send you replacement parts. One of my ratchets broke on my binding while in Colorado. I e-mailed the Flow Customer Service and got no response. Is there someone I can contact or do I have to go through my retailer?
Suggestions? |
dont bother with emailing a big company like flow. Call them direct, i've called them numerous times for replacement parts for my b/f's bindings. They always send me parts without a problem.

Yes, Phone them directly and they will FED EX the parts you need. I did it once for the POD recall on last year's NXT ATs and again this year I broke a ladder and they hooked my up no questions asked. Can't ask for more than that. Also, ask them if they can send you a whole set. Can't have too many spare parts.
