Default Weekend In Denver

I'm heading to Denver Colorado at the end of the month for a quick weekend trip and need some advice on locations. Because its just a weekend, I want to make sure I make the most out of my trip.

If it helps, I'm thinking Friday Night skiing and then the rest of the weekend between two locations.

So far, I have found Keystone offers night skiing and for the day trips Crested Butte and Winter Park should be visited.

Advice on locations and place to buy discount lift-tickets is appreciated.

Crested Butte is like 5 hours away from Denver.

Only reason to go to Winter Park is for getting in some tree runs, or if you happen to have a propensity for moguls.

Especially since you're going to be here on a weekend, your best bets for non-packed resorts are Vail, Copper, Beaver Creek & Loveland. Unless you want to hit up places a bit farther away, then you could check out Monarch or Steamboat. Both are a 2 - 2.5 hour drive without traffic.

Cheap lift tix - all the grocery stores in Denver sell discounted tix. Also - if you can find someone that has a season pass, they can get you discounted tix too.

Are you staying in Denver?
