for those just now enjoying the tahoe pow, kirkwood recently announced a slammin' new deal:

if you haven't hooked yourself up with a kirkwood season pass, now is the time to cash in on the discount. Starting today, season passes will be only $219. that's over 3 months of skiing/riding, for the cost of little more than 3 day passes.

"While we have had lots of big storms in Kirkwood over the years, we haven’t seen one like this in a while, as it snowed THREE FEET OVERNIGHT, FOUR FEET IN 24 HOURS, and SEVEN TO EIGHT FEET since this storm began Sunday morning."

will be snorkel time... check out the new surface lifts that access look out mountain and fawn ridge. pretty nice stuff, not heavily tracked up either.

and don't forget to get your mid-season pass.... at a discount of course:
