Although people might dissagree with me I like Hunter, all are gonna be Icy as hell but what to expect from the ice coast. I've gone to Hunter many times and always have a good time, plus staying at the HoJo comes pretty cheap and it's clean too.

Speaking from going to all 3 Catskill areas (Hunter, Wind & Bell) almost 10 times this year, Windham has the best layout for room and most likely to have snow left over. Hunter from what I heard last week had a lot closed off and from my perspective I enjoy a few runs there but namely like it for the park. For an entire mountain aspect, I enjoy Windham better. Bell is nice as well but tends to get overcrowded the most out of those 3.

Gore is a bigger size and probably would have the best chance to having the most runs open since they usually get more snow and/or don't get sometimes the rain that hits the Catskill 3. Plus Gore is larger than those 3 to contribute to having a better possibility of more runs open with the con of added expenses.

Government - If you think the problems they created are bad, just wait until you see their solutions.

Screw being normal

If you are considering Gore, think about Whiteface. It is nicknamed Iceface, but I've had great spring skiing experience there.

windham is one of the best mts thats closest to nyc. we cant leave out Vt of course but in the catskill are, windham is the best. hunter blows monkey balls. the lift set up is ridiculous and its crowded as hell. the trails are super quick and pretty wide
