Recommended Mt in Vermont?
 

Im trying to go to Vermont before the end of the season. Can anyone recommend the best Mt to try and lodging? Also when is the end of theyre season in VT. Im thinking about going the last weekend of this month.

conditions might be a bit iffy by the end of the month... maybe not though.

Mt Snow and Okemo are good choices, mt snow if your into park for sure, got an entire mountain face dedicated to park.

Okemo, Stowe, and Killington are going to be the best conditions in the last week of this month.

okemo is da shiizzzz. the trails are wide and pretty long as long as you plan your route. there are a lot of lifts and the mt is pretty well spread out so no long waits in line. im trying to go there this sat but with all this rain every damn day, hmmm idk:confused:

i was at killington this past weekend and conditions were horrible until it snowed sat night into sun morning. 7 inches of snow made sun morning pretty good until the sun came out and it was like white water rafting in the afternoon. i was told by a lift ticket clerk that killington is extending their season til may because of a dump they're expecting in the next week or 2. good luck!

really? more snow up therer? i live in nyc so i dont want to waste my time going up there for no reason. how much snow is up there so far despite the heat wave?

im pretty sure the 7 inches from sat is totally gone. forecast says snow wed and thur but unless you're already there i doubt it will be worth it to go as the snow would probably be gone by the weekend.

I was at killington ths past week it wasnt bad, soft snow but good coverage. the just got another 3 inches in addition to the 7 on sat
