Whiteface in January - Snowboarding Forum

Hello Folks,

has anyone been to Whiteface / Lake Placid in January. What can I expect weather wise?

its most likely going to be really cold, and pretty icy. the adirondacks seem to get their bigger storms in february it seems.

but, the town of lake placid is amazing, and the sheltered runs at whiteface should be in good shape.
