Whats the best place in Colorad for late season trips? Im thinking late March into april. And im planing on making several trips out this year would it be smarter to get a season pass and are there blackout dates on the season pass like certian days over christmas break that a season pass wont work.

The Epic pass has no black out dates that I am aware of. Pretty much all of the resorts are open at the time you are talking about coming out. March/April. If you are talking later in April possibly flowing into May, then Loveland and A-Basin are really the only games in town at that time. Winterpark and Copper look to be closing April 18th. Keystone, Vail, Breck, Steamboat, Beaver Creek, will all be closing around those dates too. Maybe a week earlier for some, a week later for others. So depending on what you are planning, it could be wide open for ya.

The Superpass doesn't have any black out dates either, but if you are out of state it may be hard to get one. You can buy the Epic Pass from anywhere, which makes it a great bang for your buck if you plan on visiting several times during the season. 10 days and it's definitely worth the money.
