Going to Big Sky for Xmas and doing some research. Anyone have any suggestions on lodging? Places are rediculously expensive around the mountain. Also, any idea where I can get discounterd lift tickets for Big Sky? This trip is going to kill us with the high cost of everything. We got cheap airfare and then BEND OVER! Thanks for any info!
I think Bozeman is the closest town. Something like 45 minutes away. I think you can find cheaper lodging there. Plus Bridger Bowl is right there, has killer terrain, and is a hell of a lot cheaper than the Big Sky/Moonlight shit show.
Lucky! I just went in April. That mountain is nice. The town is small and kind of low-key(you didn't have the deck bars jammin music all day). There aren't a whole lot of options in town. Bend over or stay off mountain.
Got a 1 bedroom condo in the village for $165 a night called Stillwater. Not a bad deal. Looked into Bozeman and the cabins were going between $125-$225 a night. So I guess it will work. We got a sweet deal on airfare at $350 each from Newark to Bozeman, so I guess we will do pretty well all said and done. Now just looking for a deal on lift tix! Check another state off. SAAAWWWEEEEEEEEEETTTT!
