I went to madriver mountain last night and had a sweeet time! I realize that this place is more a hill than a mountain but for being in central Ohio they have done a fantastic job and really do have a nice facility for what it is. For those people who have experience in a terrain park they are really upgrading the features to suit they more advanced riders! I'm not far from madriver so I go there on a frequent basis...so if you're out that way hit me up and I'll see you there!
There are a couple places that offer some pretty good drop offs but nothing to be afraid of. There is only a 300ft drop from summit to base. They do alot of work with the features in and outside of the terrain park so it stays interesting.
have you ever been to any of the detroit area hills like alpine valley or any of the others? if so how does it compare to them? i live in toledo so detroit area are slightly closer and i wanna go to explore mt. holly this year and i was thinking about maybe mad river too
