my girlfriend and i are thinking about going March 6-14....good idea?

Depends on what you're looking for. If you're just there for the snow, you should be just fine. If you're expecting an insane night life or not to spend a fortune...Probably not.

BC is a great mountain though and as long as you know where to go, you will never wait in lift lines even during spring break.

yep it is. My family goes every year and its a blast. Like someone said earlier lift lines are almost non-existent and the cookies at the end of the day are amazing. But it is very pricey compared to other places. It is very family oriented so if you are looking to party at night you may want to find another destination. You may try staying in Avon for cheaper lodging and riding the free bus up to the mountain.
